Our alliance with Three is a go, thankfully. I've heard rumors about the other alliances and unless they are false, ours is one of the smaller packs right now. That's a good thing, especially with a 4-4-5-7 training score, I don't think the trained volunteer tributes will seek you out just yet. If you keep to yourselves and don't actively seek out other packs, I think you may live longer. I'm sorry if that sounds unkind.

You have a free day tomorrow before you go into the Arena and I just want you to know that if you want to train, I am available for most of the day. If not, I completely understand. You deserve some down time and a day to enjoy yourselves in the Capitol before. If you need anything, just ask me or Vangelis.

I haven't heard back from the Threes yet. They're usually much faster but perhaps they are just waiting for the Training Scores. I will ask them again tonight. I can understand their reluctance to ally but I can't let this drag on. Just in case they reject the offer, is there anyone else you would like to ally with?

How was the day, dears? Which stations did you go to and how did you do? Tomorrow you meet with the gamemakers and I hope you have everything under control. Tell me if you have an idea about what to show. We can work on it together and work out any kinks. Remember, whether you get a high or low score, it doesn't matter as much as what you really do in the Arena. Some tributes (and victors) get low scores on purpose to stay out of the other tributes' attention.

On another note, have you decided if you want anyone as your allies yet? I can still make last minute arrangements, provided they aren't taken already.

Funny that we're left with our girls so soon. I'm glad that they got away unscathed, the brief fight had me worried for a second. They seem to be doing fine at the moment, and the bruises should heal fine. With luck, it should convince Sponsors that they are better than they appear.

I told him to run but he stayed. I managed to convince Lily to fight for her life but I don't know how long that will last if Lime dies before she does. I have a feeling that she's the reason she isn't giving up. I have to admit that Vangelis surprised me. Lily's survival so far is as much his effort as mine it feels like. He did a wonderful job with both Lily and Pip.

I'm not going to say much, since I've said my piece at breakfast but I want you to remember that it's not just you you're fighting for. You're fighting to win, to stay alive. Seven is waiting for you to come home alive, and so is your family, your friends, even me. I know Fours don't look like much but most of us Victors didn't pull high Training Scores either, and you shouldn't give up. Do your best out there, alright?
